Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

General:

1. How old do you have to be to play at Clubmeter?
There is a minimum age of 18 for playing at Clubmeter.

2. Are the games fair?
The winning combinations are determined using a random number generator. This is a hardware device that generates totally random numbers. It cannot be influenced externally in any way. The payout percentage complies with the legal regulations applicable to (real) fruit machines in the Netherlands. We are convinced that this means we can provide something that people will keep on coming back to.

3. Is my data protected?
Clubmeter has taken various steps to ensure the security of your personal data. Your information is stored and kept on a secure network in encrypted form. Only a very limited number of employees have access. Clubmeter will not permit anyone else to see your personal details and bank account information. These details will never be disclosed to a third party.

4. When is the Club Jackpot paid out?
Every time you spin the reels in the basic game of the Club 0900 or Jokers Gold fruit machine, there is a chance of the Club Jackpot paying out. The higher the jackpot becomes, the greater the chance of it paying out. The jackpot turns up at a purely random moment; it makes no difference whether the player receiving it has been playing a lot or a little. But of course, the players who play more often have a greater chance of hitting the Club Jackpot. There are two possible jackpot prizes: either a small jackpot of £500 or the entire amount in the Club Jackpot, which can run to many thousands of pounds.

5. Are there going to be more games soon?
You bet. Clubmeter will regularly be introducing new games and new variants on existing games.

Technical:

1. What kind of PC do I need? All I get is a black screen!

This means that you can play Clubmeter's games under any operating system that supports Flash version 5, not just Windows. If you only get to see a black screen, then you've probably got a very old version of the Flash plug-in.
